As we approach the holiday season, there's so much to be thankful for. At Enerflo, we deeply appreciate our partners who trust us with their business. And there's more to come! Stay tuned for exciting updates coming soon, including Enerflo's new Battery Sizing Tool, GoodLeap TPO, and QuickQuote.
November 2024: New Enerflo Features & Updates
Canvassing & Lead Management
Improved Customer Install List Import Experience
This fix improves the efficiency and reliability of customer data imports by:
- Preventing duplicate installations
- Ensuring the entire CSV file is processed
- Reducing errors when managing agreements outside of Enerflo
Admins will now receive clearer messages confirming successful imports and warnings about any duplicate entries.
Solar Design
Users Can Now Select Battery “Purpose” on the Design
This update enables reps to specify how the customer will use battery storage for a deal. This selection is integrated with the new savings model, allowing reps to present more accurate savings estimates.
Optimus Proposals
Forecasting Updated for Greater Accuracy
This fix improves savings forecasts by using only customer-provided rate and bill data for pre-solar calculations. Post-solar consumption estimates are now generated independently of pre-solar overrides, resulting in clearer and more accurate projections.
Deals (Sales Core)
Improved Validation for Post-Solar Consumption Estimates
This fix ensures that energy cost calculations for post-solar scenarios are accurate and reliable. By validating input data more rigorously, this update prevents estimation errors, providing customers with clearer, dependable forecasts for their post-solar energy usage and savings.
New Filtering Capabilities for Tariff Lists
Enhanced filtering capabilities now allow users to include only residential and open tariffs, with closed tariffs conditionally available in specific scenarios. This update ensures that only relevant tariffs are shown in the post-solar context, improving tariff selection accuracy for homeowners.
Default Pricing Model Enhanced to Include New Fields
This update offers more flexibility in pricing calculations, enabling organizations to build more accurate models that incorporate these essential factors: down payment, dealer fee percentage, and dealer fee factor. It ensures new pricing models have these fields available by default, streamlining setup.
Automatic Default Options for Post-Solar Tariff Selection
This update improves convenience by setting a default post-solar tariff if the selected utility doesn’t support the pre-solar tariff, saving users time and ensuring continuity in consumption profiles. Users can still adjust the post-solar tariff if desired, but this fallback provides a consistent starting point.
Solar Finance
LightReach Pricing Matrix Has Been Updated to Account for Energy Community Increases
Regardless of project location, sales reps will now see the accurate pricing between Enerflo and LightReach.
New Resolution Buttons Available on Application Status Screen
For lender integrations that support them, new resolution buttons (e.g. “Restart Application” and “Cancel Application”) are now available on the Application Status screen, enabling a more seamless process for sales reps.Project Tracker & Management
Users Can Now Delete or Mark Notes as Complete on the Install Tracker
This fix improves project tracking accuracy by allowing users to manage note statuses effectively, ensuring project records stay up-to-date without duplication or errors. It also ensures functionality works as intended across both the UI and API.
Enerflo API
Improved Reliability for Webhook Dispatching
Webhooks now run in separate workflows, eliminating delays and failures caused by webhook dependencies. This update ensures reliable delivery of critical event notifications, improving communication and reducing missed updates. By processing each webhook independently, the system maintains efficiency, even when handling long or failing jobs.
New Integration ID for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integrations
This update enables the Microsoft Dynamics integration to function properly by ensuring leads and integration mappings work seamlessly.

Enerflo Helps Installers Reduce Their Project Duration
Enerflo Partners' Install timelines down 62% relative to peers despite volumes almost doubling
Ohm Analytics, a 3rd party organization, conducted a case study to measure the impact of Enerflo on install timelines. Enerflo helps create efficiencies for these organizations that enable them to both shrink their install timelines and increase their volume.
