Enhanced Sungage Financial Workflow for Greater Reliability and Visibility
Enerflo recently improved its Sungage Financial integration to deliver clearer, more reliable application status updates. The refactored workflow simplifies the integration process and ensures Sungage application statuses are accurately reflected within the Enerflo Application Monitor, giving users greater confidence and visibility into every stage of the financing process.
Improved Sungage Pricing Accuracy by Including Down Payments in Solar Costs
The pricing data sent to Sungage Financial now includes customer down payments as part of total solar project costs. This enhancement ensures accurate loan amounts are transmitted to Sungage and helps prevent financing applications from processing incorrectly, resulting in a smoother and more reliable approval experience.
Streamlines Sungage Actions by Hiding Cancel and Restart Options on Read-Only Deals
Cancel and restart actions now hidden on finalized or read-only deals. This improvement prevents users from attempting actions that cannot be completed, reducing confusion and ensuring a clearer, more intuitive financing workflow.
Corrections to LightReach Battery Pricing for kWh Rate Calculations
Enerflo recently fixed battery cost calculations for LightReach deals using the kWh rate pricing method. This update ensures accurate proposal pricing by preventing battery costs from being counted twice, helping teams generate more precise and reliable customer quotes.

This month’s Enerflo Platform updates introduce thoughtful improvements across deals, proposals, and user management.
Read-Only Access Enabled for Deals with Invalid Templates
Deals associated with invalid or outdated templates can now be opened in a read-only state rather than requiring an immediate template update. This change allows users to continue viewing and referencing historical deal information, even when installer markets or templates have changed.

Quick Access to Sales Rep Profiles from the Deal Header
Organization administrators can now click a sales representative’s name in the deal header to open their profile in a new tab. This update gives authorized admins faster access to rep details while maintaining proper access controls for non-admin users.
Improved Transparency on the “Your Bill” Slide with Clear Usage Labels
The “Your Bill” slide now clearly distinguishes between actual and estimated energy consumption data, pulls usage and rate values directly from the consumption profile when available, and includes an updated disclaimer explaining how the data is generated. These improvements enhance transparency and accuracy by aligning bill visuals with entered consumption data and clearly labeling estimates versus real usage.

Enhanced Proposal Error Handling and Admin-Level Visibility
Proposal error handling has been improved so audit logs and proposal tabs remain accessible during errors or warnings. Advanced error metadata is now hidden from sales representatives and limited to organization and platform administrators. This update simplifies the sales experience by reducing unnecessary system noise while giving admins the tools they need to troubleshoot issues more effectively.
Automatic PDF Generation for Finalized Proposals
Proposal PDFs are now automatically generated when proposals are finalized. Users can download finalized proposal PDFs directly from Optimus and the Deal Summary, and the PDFs are also automatically included in webhook payloads, such as project submissions, to support downstream workflows and integrations.

New Customer Tab Added to the Deal Details Drawer
A new Customer tab is now available within the deal details drawer, allowing users to view and edit customer record information in one place. This update provides a centralized, streamlined way to manage customer details directly from the deal experience.
