Solar PV System Design

As momentum builds this season and teams push to maximize every opportunity, efficient design collaboration is more important than ever. This month’s Solar Design updates focus on improving visibility, flexibility, and communication across tools—making it easier for designers and sales reps to stay aligned, access the right equipment and files, and present accurate proposal data. The result is faster revisions, fewer bottlenecks, and a smoother path from design request to closed deal.

DESIGN TOOL FILTER UPDATES

New Design Tool Filters Added to Design Requests

The Design Requests list page now includes filter options for Scanifly and Solargraf, and removes the outdated HelioQuote option. Designers can now quickly and accurately filter requests based on the tools they actively use, making it easier to find and manage relevant projects.

AERIALYTIC INTEGRATION UPDATES

In-App Chat Added to Aerialytic Designer

Aerialytic designer iframe windows now include a built-in Chat tab, enabling designers to communicate with sales reps without leaving the design workspace. This update streamlines collaboration during revisions and reduces back-and-forth by keeping conversations and design work in one place.

 


DESIGN STAGE UPDATES

Full Equipment Library Visibility in Design Tool Configurations

Equipment selectors within Design Tool Configurations now display all available equipment from the installer's library, regardless of targeting filters. Installers can confidently set default equipment without being restricted by deal-specific targeting rules, ensuring configurations reflect their true equipment preferences.

 

DESIGN STAGE UPDATES

Sales Reps Can Access External Designer Attachments

Sales reps can now open and view file attachments uploaded by designers from external design organizations. This update eliminates access errors and ensures all design-related files and documentation are readily available within the deal.

 

AERIALYTIC INTEGRATION UPDATES

Improved Notifications & Archiving for Aerialytic Design Cancellations

Sales reps now receive notifications with direct links when designers cancel Aerialytic design queue requests. Additionally, only redesigns are archived when a viable design already exists. This ensures reps stay informed about status changes and can quickly access, review, or restore archived designs when needed.

 

Solar Finance

With financing playing a critical role in helping homeowners move forward, this month’s Solar Finance enhancements are designed to reduce friction and increase clarity at every step of the approval process. From smarter task prioritization and clearer application error messaging to expanded co-borrower support and more accurate pricing integrations, these updates help sales reps submit cleaner applications, present confident numbers, and close deals faster with fewer surprises.

FINANCE INTEGRATIONS UPDATES

Enhanced Task Block UI for Select Financing Approval Flows

Sunlight, OneEthos / Climate First Bank, and IGS financing approval flows now leverage the improved Task Blocks UI. Tasks are automatically sorted by priority, making it easier for sales reps to quickly identify required actions and move deals forward efficiently.

Configurable Safe Harbor Date Added to IGS Plugin

The IGS plugin now includes a configurable Safe Harbor date field. This enables partners to accurately determine Energy Community bonus eligibility and apply correct pricing adjustments based on safe harbor dates provided in the IGS portal.

Sales reps can confidently present accurate monthly payments, annual production estimates, and total cost calculations, ensuring proposal figures align precisely with IGS pricing.

 


DIVIDEND INTEGRATION UPDATE

Dividend Adder Mapping Available Across Installer & Dealer Plugins

Sales organizations can now map improvement types for Dividend adders across all installer and dealer plugins they work with. This ensures proper configuration of Dividend financing adders and helps sales orgs qualify for Solar+ where applicable.

Sunlight financing applications now display specific error messages when homeowner information does not meet formatting requirements, such as overly long job titles. Sales reps can quickly identify and correct submission issues, reducing delays in the approval process.

 


PALMETTO INTEGRATION UPDATE

New Palmetto LightReach Account Lookup API

A new API query allows LightReach account information to be retrieved using either the Enerflo Deal ID or the LightReach Account ID. This enhancement enables Professional Services teams to build integrations that automatically sync LightReach milestone updates and streamline reporting workflows.

 

GOODLEAP TPO INTEGRATION UPDATE

Scanifly Designs Now Supported for GoodLeap TPO

Scanifly-generated designs are now supported for GoodLeap TPO financing applications. Sales reps can submit GoodLeap TPO deals using Scanifly designs, providing greater flexibility in design tools for TPO financing workflows.

 

DIVIDEND INTEGRATION UPDATE

Live Dividend Disclosures & Terms via API

Dividend financing disclosures and terms are now pulled directly from the Dividend API. Customer proposals automatically display the most up-to-date terms and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance without manual updates.

This month’s Enerflo Platform updates improve language preferences, credit check transparency, API capabilities, and developer feedback—ensuring both sales teams and technical partners have the tools and clarity they need. These enhancements help create a more seamless experience across the entire sales lifecycle, from lead creation to integration workflows.

ENERFLO PLATFORM UPDATE

Customer Language Selection Available at Lead & Deal Creation

Language preferences (English or Spanish) can now be selected when creating leads and directly within the Deal Details drawer under the Customer tab. Sales reps can set and update a customer’s preferred language at any point in the sales process, supporting workflows like Optimus language changes and Spanish agreement generation.

Clearer “No Credit History” Messaging in Smart Pull

Smart Pull now provides clearer messaging when a credit check is completed but no credit history is found for the customer. Sales reps receive more informative feedback, helping them better understand and communicate credit check results.

Improved GraphQL API Error Messaging for Invalid Filters

Error messaging for the GraphQL API has been enhanced to provide clearer feedback when queries contain improper filter syntax. Developers can more easily identify what needs to be corrected, resulting in faster troubleshooting and more successful queries.
