This month’s updates deliver a range of enhancements across Solar PV System Design, Solar Finance, and the Enerflo Platform, all aimed at helping sales reps, designers, and partners work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. From earlier visibility into financing compatibility, faster design approvals, and better design organization to more flexible finance options, automated stipulations, and standardized lender guidance, these updates streamline workflows, reduce manual steps, and improve accuracy. Platform improvements, including precise webhook filtering and consistent access to design images in Optimus, further support integrations and post-sale operations. Together, these updates empower teams to move deals forward with confidence, reduce friction, and provide a better experience for customers.

Solar PV System Design
Enerflo has introduced several enhancements to the solar design experience to help sales reps and design teams move faster, stay aligned, and reduce friction throughout the workflow. From earlier visibility into financing compatibility and faster design approvals to improved design organization, queue management, and clearer rep–designer communication, these updates are designed to streamline handoffs, improve clarity, and help teams deliver better, more efficient customer experiences at scale.
Financing Compatibility Previews Now Available in Design Stage
Lender compatibility is now visible directly in the design stage, mirroring the proposal experience. This gives sales reps earlier insight into financing options, allowing them to build designs and proposals that align with customer financing needs from the outset.


Faster Aurora Design Turnarounds with Auto-Approval
Teams can now auto-approve completed Aurora design requests, eliminating manual approval steps. This streamlines the design workflow and accelerates handoffs when working with design teams.
Quickly Rename Designs Across All Design Tools
Sales reps can now rename designs directly from the design card with a single click. Available for Aurora, Scanifly, Aerialytic, and Solargraf, this update makes it easier to organize and manage multiple design options for a single customer.

Improved Design Queue Visibility & Assignment
The design queue experience has been enhanced with better visibility and faster assignment. Designers now see when requests were submitted, designer lists are searchable and alphabetized for easier reassignment, and completed designs can be viewed alongside Google Maps imagery. These updates are especially helpful for teams managing large design groups.
Design Chat Visibility Now Available for Cancelled Requests
Sales reps can now read design chat conversations on cancelled requests. This read-only access provides helpful context from designers while keeping cancelled workflows closed.
Improved Reliability for Aerialytic Design Revisions
Revision requests from Aerialytic designs now follow the correct workflow. Older configurations will no longer send requests through outdated paths, reducing confusion and manual cleanup.
Solar Finance
Enerflo has introduced several enhancements to streamline the financing experience for sales reps and partners. From improved task organization and flexible PayKeeper payout schedules to emailed applications, real-time stipulation updates, and standardized finance compatibility checks, these updates provide faster visibility, more accurate guidance, and greater flexibility. Sales teams can now manage applications, documents, and change orders more efficiently, ensuring proposals and financing processes move forward smoothly while improving the customer experience.
Clearer Next Steps in Solar Financing Applications
Enerflo has enhanced financing applications for GoodLeap, Dividend, and Sungage with a new task blocks interface. Requirements are organized by status and automatically sorted by priority, helping sales reps quickly identify next steps and advance deals with less friction.

More Flexible Payment Schedules with PayKeeper
Partners can now present multiple PayKeeper payout schedules directly in proposals. Each schedule syncs as a separate finance product, with the selected option automatically sent to PayKeeper when applications are completed.
Sungage Now Supports Emailed Credit Applications
Sungage credit applications can now be emailed to customers from Enerflo. Partners retain in-platform visibility into application status while giving customers a more convenient way to apply.

Easily Resend Dividend Financing Emails
Sales reps can now resend application and finance agreement emails for Dividend V2 directly within Enerflo. This update reduces delays and keeps deals moving when customers need documents resent.
GoodLeap TPO Stipulations Now Update Automatically
Stipulation status for GoodLeap TPO applications now updates automatically in Enerflo as required actions are completed. This improvement provides sales teams with real-time insight into application progress and reduces manual follow-up.
GoodLeap TPO Change Orders Now Validate Approved Equipment
Change orders for GoodLeap TPO applications now validate approved equipment through a new account-specific endpoint. This ensures equipment compliance while allowing previously approved equipment to remain valid when part of the original sale.
Consistent Financing Guidance Across Lenders
Finance compatibility checks for equipment, utilities, and design requirements are now standardized and consolidated across most lending partners. Sales reps receive more accurate and consistent financing hints to guide proposals.
Enerflo Platform
Enerflo has made platform improvements to increase reliability and control. These updates give partners more precise webhook filtering and ensure design images are consistently available in Optimus, improving integrations and post-sale operations.
Webhook Filtering Now Available for v2 Events
Enerflo now supports webhook filtering for v2 events. Partners can trigger workflows or push data to CRMs and other systems only under specific conditions, reducing unnecessary notifications and costs. A built-in tester ensures conditions are configured correctly before going live.
Older Design Images Now Load Properly in Optimus
Optimus proposals now correctly load older design images. Previously, older designs could expire and fail to display, but this fix ensures the freshest version of each design image is always available for operations or post-sale workflows.
