Enerflo Product Announcements
JULY 2025
Enerflo’s July 2025 product updates come at a pivotal time for the solar industry, following the recent passage of the One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB – H.R. 1). This month’s enhancements span Solar Design, Solar Finance, Platform, and Install Tracker—equipping solar companies with even greater control, visibility, and efficiency across the full project lifecycle. New integrations with Greentech Renewables and OneEthos Powered by Climate First Bank expand partner capabilities, while AI-powered tools continue to drive down soft costs and support higher deal volume. These updates reflect Enerflo’s ongoing commitment to helping solar professionals adapt quickly, deliver value to homeowners, and thrive in a changing policy and market landscape.
JULY 2025: Enerflo Platform Updates & Feature Releases
Solar Design
Aerialytic Design Request Queue
Enerflo has enhanced Aerialytic design functionality by integrating it into our internal design request queue, replacing the previous Intercom-based system. This update gives partners the flexibility to choose between using their own internal design team or Enerflo’s Aerialytic designers. It also unlocks additional features, including the ability to re-run AI designs without needing to archive and submit a new request—streamlining the process and giving partners more control over their design workflow.

Apply Targeting to Equipment List
Previously, if a piece of equipment wasn’t valid for a design, it would still appear in the product list, causing an error when selected. With this update, invalid equipment is automatically removed from the selection options, preventing errors upfront and creating a smoother, more user-friendly experience.
Solar Finance
In with the Tariff Rate Code and Out with the Master Tariff ID
Enerflo has updated the GoodLeap TPO integration to use tariffCode in place of masterTariffId when creating and updating applications. This enhancement increases the accuracy of utility data sent to GoodLeap by ensuring the correct rate code is applied for both pre- and post-solar scenarios. The update will apply automatically to all new deals moving forward, while existing deals can be updated through the standard change order process. Additionally, these rate codes will now appear in the tariff dropdowns for both pre- and post-solar, providing greater clarity and precision during setup.

OneEthos Powered by Climate First Bank
The following updates/changes have been implemented:
- Application Window Extended to 8 Weeks -- Extended application window to 8 weeks, allowing more time without timeout.
- New Home Improvement Contract (HIC) Requirement -- The updated application process now requires the Home Improvement Contract (HIC) to be completed before financing documents can be signed.

New Knock Out Rule Access for Smart Pulls
Enerflo now offers lenders the ability to include more detailed knockout rules within their lender configurations. These rules limit the total number of certain credit events allowed over a specified time period, including:- Collections
- Past Due Payments
- Charge Offs
- Late Mortgage Payments
By applying these criteria earlier in the process, Enerflo prevents ineligible deals from reaching the Financing stage, saving sales reps time and guiding them toward alternative deal types, such as cash. This also ensures lenders receive only qualified applications that meet their underwriting standards.
Note: This feature is managed by Enerflo personnel using data provided directly by the lender.
Enerflo Platform
Expanded Targeting Controls for Greater Flexibility and Precision
Enerflo’s targeting UI has received a major upgrade—nearly all targeting options that were previously limited to specific parts of the platform are now available throughout. This means users can now target adders by utility or deal templates, assign rebates by sales teams, and more, with a wide range of new targeting capabilities.
One limitation to note: adders cannot be targeted based on other adders, as they are evaluated simultaneously, which would create circular logic. However, equipment can be targeted by other equipment, though this functionality is currently only visible at the proposal level.
These updates give users significantly more control when assigning equipment, adders, rebates, and other elements, reducing the need for custom pricing models and streamlining the experience on the front end.

Install Tracker
Greentech Renewables (AKA CED) Integration in Beta
The beta integration with Greentech Renewables continues to be a success, enabling users with both Enerflo and Greentech Renewables logins to push newly created installs from Enerflo directly into the Greentech Renewables platform. This allows projects and plansets to be created in Greentech Renewables’ portal, enabling the project to move smoothly toward PTO. Sent projects include key equipment details like panels and inverters.
This integration helps Greentech Renewables collect demand data by market and installer, enhancing inventory management. As a result, the right equipment stays in stock at the right time—improving efficiency and reducing delays for Enerflo installers.
