Enerflo Product Announcements
JUNE 2025
As the solar industry navigates ongoing uncertainty—including the looming “Big Beautiful Bill” and potential shifts to federal incentives like the ITC and TPO restrictions—installers need to stay agile and focused on what they can control. At Enerflo, we're committed to helping you adapt and thrive with a platform that evolves alongside your business. This month, we’re excited to share new and enhanced integrations with OneEthos powered by Climate First Bank, GoodLeap TPO, and GoodLeap Loans, plus the Beta launch of our integration with Greentech Renewables (formerly CED) to streamline materials procurement. You’ll also find several platform improvements around adders, markets, and permissions—giving your team even more power to operate efficiently. While challenges remain on the policy front, we’re doubling down on innovation to support a stronger, more resilient solar ecosystem—no matter what comes next.
JUNE 2025: New Enerflo Features & Updates
Solar Finance
Support for Hidden Adders via API
The OneEthos powered by Climate First Bank integration has been updated to support hidden adders via API, eliminating the need for installers to itemize each adder on the contract. Adders marked as "hidden" in Enerflo will no longer appear on finance documents or customer-facing contracts.
Previously, listing every adder caused confusion for homeowners and often stalled or blocked contract approvals. With this update, Climate First Bank can now approve contracts without requiring itemized adders, streamlining the financing process and helping installers close deals faster and more smoothly.

Error Handling
Enerflo has enhanced error handling and integration communication with GoodLeap to proactively prevent 409 conflict errors during the TPO application submission process.
This improvement helps reduce failed submissions and provides clearer feedback to users, making it easier to identify and resolve issues—ultimately streamlining the financing workflow and improving the overall user experience.

Change Orders User Experience
The following updates have been made in order to greatly improve the GoodLeap TPO change orders experience in Enerflo, which include notifications to keep the rep, customer and installer informed when changes are made.
- Sync Notification for Non-Credit Impacting Changes -- When a proposal is un-finalized and changes are made that do not require a new credit application—such as adjustments to consumption, design layout, or pricing—Enerflo now displays a banner notifying users to re-sync the proposal with GoodLeap. Re-finalizing the proposal will automatically sync the updates to the existing credit application.
- New Application Trigger for Credit-Impacting Changes -- If a proposal is un-finalized and changes are made that do require a new credit application—such as updates to equipment, battery purpose, or product selection—Enerflo will display a banner instructing users to submit a new application with GoodLeap. Re-finalizing the proposal will then initiate the new application process.

View Changes Banner
Enerflo’s GoodLeap TPO integration now features a “View Changes” banner that displays a side-by-side comparison of all deal changes made since the proposal was un-finalized. A badge also appears in Optimus when a change requires either a re-sync or a new application submission—ensuring no step is missed.
This enhancement gives sales reps full visibility into what’s changed—such as pricing, equipment, or product type—so they can clearly understand the impact on savings and deal structure. According to GoodLeap, no other integration partner offers this level of detail, making this functionality unique to Enerflo.
Credit Application Flexibility
Enerflo’s GoodLeap workflow now includes an option to email a secure loan credit application link directly to the customer, rather than requiring the homeowner to complete the form on the sales rep’s device. Offering both on-device and email options provides greater flexibility for installers and gives customers added privacy and comfort when entering sensitive financial information—boosting completion rates and strengthening trust in the financing process.

User Validation Check
Enerflo has added a user validation check when a rep selects a GoodLeap finance product, confirming that the rep has an active user profile in GoodLeap’s Origin portal before allowing the application to proceed. By verifying rep credentials upfront, this update prevents submission errors later in the process—improving the user experience and ensuring a smoother, more reliable credit application workflow.
Enerflo Platform
Restore Archived Markets & Sales Teams
Enerflo now allows archived markets and sales teams to be viewed and restored directly from the UI. Admin-level users can access and reactivate these previously removed records with just a few clicks. This enhancement reduces the need to recreate markets or sales teams from scratch, saving time and effort while giving users greater control and flexibility over how their organization evolves.

Targetable Adders
Sales teams and installer markets are now integrated into Enerflo’s targeting system UI, allowing adder settings to be managed more granularly. Sales teams are linked to the sales org or dealer on a deal, while installer markets are tied to the installer—ensuring appropriate visibility based on user role. This update gives admins greater control and flexibility over adder configurations, reducing reliance on complex custom pricing and making it easier to manage settings across different teams and markets.

Permissions
Enerflo has introduced a dedicated permission setting for reassigning the sales rep on a deal. This permission has been added by default to all organizations’ base roles. Users without this permission can still edit deals if they are assigned or have manager access but will not be able to change the assigned sales rep, including during new deal creation.
This update gives admins more precise control over user actions, helping ensure that only authorized roles can reassign reps—protecting deal integrity and maintaining clear ownership across the sales process.

Install Tracker & Solar Project Management
Greentech Renewables (AKA CED) Integration Beta Launch
Enerflo has launched the beta integration with Greentech Renewables, enabling users with both Enerflo and Greentech Renewables logins to push newly created installs from Enerflo directly into the Greentech Renewables platform. This allows projects and plansets to be created in Greentech Renewables’ portal, enabling the project to move smoothly toward PTO. Sent projects include key equipment details like panels and inverters.
This integration helps Greentech Renewables collect demand data by market and installer, enhancing inventory management. As a result, the right equipment stays in stock at the right time—improving efficiency and reducing delays for Enerflo installers.

Enerflo Helps Installers Reduce Their Project Duration
Enerflo Partners' Install timelines down 62% relative to peers despite volumes almost doubling
Ohm Analytics, a 3rd party organization, conducted a case study to measure the impact of Enerflo on install timelines. Enerflo helps create efficiencies for these organizations that enable them to both shrink their install timelines and increase their volume.
