As the traditional peak solar selling season winds down and October comes to a close, Enerflo is delivering a comprehensive set of updates, fixes, and enhancements across solar design, finance, and platform tools, along with the launch of the all new AI-powered Reporting Suite. These improvements streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance the partner experience, while the robust reporting capabilities give Enerflo partners a data-driven advantage—enabling smarter decision-making, improved project visibility, and actionable business insights in a fast-moving solar market.
Enerflo Platform Updates & Feature Releases
Solar Design
The Enerflo Product Team completed a number of feature and integration updates for solar design -- including UI improvements, support for designs for homes with existing systems, Aurora and Aerialytic integration updates.
Create Optimus Proposals Using Designs that Have Errors
Enerflo users can now create proposals and make design fixes along the way, preventing upstream design errors from blocking progress. This update allows proposals to be saved mid-process—so teams can adjust designs, update pricing, or make admin edits before finalizing. (Note: Some TPOs may still require all data to be error-free before proposal creation.)

Updated Enerflo UI now Displays Design Errors when Creating Optimus Proposals
Related to the above update, the Enerflo UI now clearly displays design errors when creating proposals, enabling greater efficiency.
Designs Now Supported for Homes with Existing Systems
Enerflo now supports creating new integrated designs for properties with existing solar systems, making it easier to handle add-ons, upgrades, or expansions. This enhancement removes previous restrictions, allowing teams to design and quote seamlessly within Enerflo—even when a system is already in place.
Aerialytic Design Status Update
Aerialytic design requests now display as “Completed” once finished, eliminating confusion and giving sales reps clear visibility into design progress and status.
Consumption Profile Sync
Between Enerflo and Aurora
Users can now sync updated consumption data from Enerflo to Aurora, ensuring both platforms stay aligned with the same consumption and offset values for more accurate designs and proposals.
Automatic Project Owner Sync with Aurora
When a sales rep is updated in Enerflo, the Aurora project owner automatically updates, keeping both platforms consistent and ensuring accurate project ownership tracking.
Deal Banner Notification for Owner Mismatch
Enerflo now displays a banner error when the Aurora project owner and Enerflo sales rep differ, helping ensure the same person is managing the deal across both platforms.
Equipment and Finance Hints on Design Cards
Design cards can now display equipment and financing hints based on your organization’s plugin settings, making it easy for users to see which financing options are compatible with the selected equipment.

Solar Finance
Multiple Palmetto LightReach integration updates were completed in order to continuously improve on the user experience when using PalmettonLightReach with Enerflo. Additionally, Sunlight Financial stip errors were resolved and Illinois Shines SREC added as a rebate type.
Sunlight Stip Errors Resolved
Enerflo now properly handles stipulations (stips) on Sunlight applications, preventing errors and ensuring smoother application processing.

Illinois Shines SREC Added
Enerflo now supports the Illinois Shines SREC as a rebate type, enabling installers in Illinois to apply this incentive correctly and streamline project proposals.
Battery Adder UI for Palmetto LightReach
Enerflo now provides a simplified UI for selecting battery adders in Palmetto LightReach deals, making it faster and easier for users to configure battery options.
Retry Palmetto LightReach Applications After Decline
Enerflo now allows sales reps to retry Palmetto LightReach applications after a decline, giving customers a chance to resolve credit issues and increasing the likelihood of successful financing approvals.
Palmetto LightReach Finance Plugin Fix for Authorized Dealers
Enerflo now resolves the “No settings found” error for authorized dealer setups, allowing the LightReach Finance plugin to be enabled and used without issues.
Enhanced Palmetto LightReach Data Sync
Palmetto LightReach now receives consumption data, latitude/longitude, and utility information on all account creations and updates. This ensures compliance with programs like Illinois Shines, prevents loan document errors, and standardizes data across all markets for future requirements.
Enerflo Platform
Several updates were made across Enerflo Optimus Proposals, including sharing options and updates to the UI to enable Optimus Proposals to be viewed with a vertical vs. horizontal scroll. Finally, a new adder activation model was added that triggers adder activation/deactivation based on the number of arrays in a solar design.
Optimus Proposal Sharing in Read-Only Mode
Optimus now allows users to share, download, or email proposals even when they are in read-only mode, making it easier to distribute proposals without editing access.

Vertical View for Optimus Proposals
Optimus now supports a vertical display mode, allowing sales reps to scroll proposals up and down instead of side to side for a more comfortable viewing experience.

New Adder Activation Model by Array Count
Adders can now automatically activate or deactivate based on the number of arrays in a design, giving admins more flexibility to configure pricing without custom functions.
