New Product Updates Across Solar Design, Finance & the Operating System
JULY 2026
July's product updates are all about keeping projects moving. This month's release includes expanded Palmetto LightReach capabilities, improvements to the Scanifly integration, smarter finance workflows, enhanced reporting controls, new SMS notification support, and dozens of workflow improvements across the Enerflo Operating System. Whether you're selling, financing, or installing residential solar, these updates are designed to reduce friction, improve visibility, and help every team work more efficiently.
Enerflo Updates & Feature Releases
Solar PV System Design Tools & Apps
This month's design updates focus on improving reliability behind the scenes. From more dependable Scanifly synchronization to better admin controls and smarter handling of design revisions, these enhancements help ensure the latest design data flows seamlessly into Enerflo while keeping finalized proposals protected.
Scanifly Integration Improvements
Enerflo made several improvements to the Scanifly integration to create a more reliable design workflow. The embedded Scanifly experience now loads fresh each time it's opened, ensuring users always see the latest information. Enerflo also improved design synchronization, allowing updates to sync even for projects that originated from a design request.

Improved Design Request Experience
Self-submitted and non-integrated design request forms have been updated to match the rest of the Enerflo interface (UI), creating a more consistent and intuitive user experience across the platform.
More Flexible Design Syncing & Admin Controls
Administrators can now require users to have a Scanifly account before submitting design requests. We've also expanded design synchronization capabilities, allowing projects with multiple associated designs to continue receiving updates for any unlocked designs, even when other designs are locked by finalized proposals. This helps ensure the latest design changes continue flowing into Enerflo from Scanifly, Aurora, and other integrated design tools without disrupting completed proposals.
Solar Finance: Loan, TPO Lease & PPA, Escrow for Cash Deals
This month's finance updates focus on reducing friction from proposal through funding. Along with several enhancements to our Palmetto LightReach integration, we've improved lender workflows, equipment validation, application quality, and financing flexibility to help projects move forward with fewer delays.
Improved Sungage Equipment Mapping
To reduce equipment validation issues during loan submissions, Enerflo now automatically maps equipment manufacturers to Sungage's accepted values. This helps minimize AVL mismatches, reduces manual corrections, and streamlines project submissions.
Installer Finance Credentials Now Take Priority
Finance hints now reference the installer's lender credentials instead of the dealer's when both are configured. This provides a more consistent financing experience and ensures lender recommendations align with the installer responsible for the project.
Support for 0% TPO Escalators
Partners using Enerflo's non-integrated TPO workflows can now configure products with 0% escalators, providing greater flexibility when modeling and offering TPO financing options.

Proactive Application Validation
To reduce submission errors and unnecessary rework, Enerflo now validates required fields before a LightReach application is submitted. For example, users will be prompted to add a required homeowner email address before continuing.
Automatic Credit Stipulation Updates
Enerflo now automatically clears satisfied LightReach credit stipulations—even for older deals that are no longer in an active workflow. This helps keep financing status accurate without requiring manual updates.
Track LightReach NTP Status in Enerflo
Enerflo users selling Palmetto LightReach can now view Notice to Proceed (NTP) status directly within the deal. If a project hasn't reached NTP, Enerflo displays the remaining customer requirements, eliminating the need to log into the LightReach portal to check project progress.
New LightReach Rate Selector
A new LightReach rate selector makes it easier to compare financing options by displaying key metrics like projected savings, monthly payment, and price per watt (PPW). The feature can be enabled within your LightReach integration settings and, if desired, rolled out to administrators first before making it available to all users.
Operating System: New Features & Updates
Every month, Enerflo makes the Operating System more connected, more configurable, and easier to manage. These updates improve reporting, pricing administration, communications, document management, and day-to-day workflows, helping every team spend less time managing software and more time moving projects forward.
Trustee Contact Type Added
Deals now support a new Trustee contact type. Users can designate trustees within Deal Details and automatically include trustee annotations in generated contract documents when required.

More Control for Domo Reporting Groups
Partners using the Domo Reporting Growth package can now manage reporting groups directly through Enerflo's Roles system. Administrators can create and manage custom groups while controlling which reports are available to each group.
Pricing Model Versioning & Rollbacks
Administrators can now view release notes for default pricing model updates before applying them. If needed, previous pricing model versions can also be restored, providing greater visibility and control over pricing changes.

SMS Notifications Available for All Companies
Organizations can now assign dedicated design-related permissions to support design team workflows without requiring administrator access. Two new permissions provide separate controls for design queue visibility and design queue management, enabling design managers and team leads to monitor, prioritize, and manage design work more effectively while maintaining appropriate access controls.
Proposal PDFs Automatically Sync to Install Tracker
Finalized proposal PDFs now automatically transfer to Install Tracker when an installation is created, ensuring important project documents are available throughout the installation process without additional manual uploads.
Setter Field Visibility Fixed
Organizations can now assign dedicated design-related permissions to support design team workflows without requiring administrator access. Two new permissions provide separate controls for design queue visibility and design queue management, enabling design managers and team leads to monitor, prioritize, and manage design work more effectively while maintaining appropriate access controls.
Vivint Smart Home Workflow Improvements
Partners using the Vivint Smart Home integration can now save Smart Home offers without first submitting the project. This allows scheduling to begin earlier in the sales process while keeping project submission as a separate step.
