Enerflo Product Updates
New Product Updates Across Solar Design & Finance Integrations, and the Enerflo Operating System
OCTOBER 2026
October’s updates make everyday solar workflows easier to manage in Enerflo. Explore improvements to the Aurora design integration and Design Queue, financing enhancements across LightReach, EnFin TPO, Thrive Power and GoodLeap TPO, plus OS updates that simplify proposal sharing, calendar syncing, pricing setup and connected workflows.
Product Updates in Solar Design
October’s solar design updates help teams keep requests organized and give designers the details they need before work begins. Improvements include better duplicate detection through the Aurora integration, redesign sorting in the Design Queue and earlier access to project notes.

Aurora Project Addresses Updated to Reduce Duplicate Designs
Enerflo now includes “USA” in project addresses submitted to Aurora, helping Aurora’s duplicate checker identify existing projects and reduce unnecessary duplicate designs.
Deprecated Aurora Design Fields Removed
Outdated fields have been removed from Aurora designs in Enerflo, completing previously announced field deprecations.
Sort the Design Queue by Redesign Requests
Designers can now sort the Design Queue by whether a request is a redesign, making it easier to organize new designs and revisions.

View Additional Notes Before Starting a Design
Designers can now view additional notes submitted with a design request before starting work, helping them review instructions and project details upfront.
Product Updates in Solar Finance
October’s integrated solar financing updates help teams manage applications, present available products and keep deals moving through changes. Enhancements span Palmetto LightReach, EnFin TPO, Thrive Power and GoodLeap TPO, including expanded co-signer options, battery modeling with backup reserve and better visibility into documents and application status.

Add a Co-Signer Before Reapplying with LightReach
Users can now add a co-signer and reapply for Palmetto LightReach for reasons beyond a credit decline or monthly payment cap, including when an additional applicant is needed to meet title requirements.
Available LightReach Products Automatically Appear on Proposals
Enerflo now retrieves available Palmetto LightReach products for each deal, even if those products were not previously synced, helping reps access eligible options when building a proposal.

Resubmit EnFin TPO Applications for Inactive Projects
Reps can now resubmit EnFin TPO applications when a project has been marked inactive in EnFin’s portal, helping move eligible deals forward again.
Model EnFin TPO Batteries for Self-Consumption with Backup Reserve
EnFin TPO deals-with-batteries now support self-consumption modeling with a backup reserve. Reps can model battery use to help lower utility bills while reserving stored energy for power outages.

Restore Previously Canceled EnFin TPO Applications
Admins and users with the appropriate permissions can now restore previously canceled EnFin TPO applications to a deal, making it easier to recover an application canceled by mistake and continue working.
View Voided and Unsigned Thrive Power Documents
Thrive Power deal summaries now include previously voided and unsigned document packets, giving teams more visibility into document history and making troubleshooting easier.

Customer Prepayment Amount Added to Thrive Power Proposals
Thrive Power proposal summaries now display the “Total Prepayment Amount Collected from Customer,” helping reps stay informed about the customer’s prepayment.
Thrive Power Applications Show Pending When Updated Signatures Are Needed
When changes to a Thrive Power deal require updated documents to be signed, the application now shows a “Pending” status until those signatures are complete.
Retrieve Original GoodLeap TPO Offers for Change Orders
When a previously sold GoodLeap TPO proposal is unfinalized for a change order, Enerflo now retrieves offers and products available to that deal based on its original sale, including products GoodLeap no longer offers for new deals.

Enerflo Operating System (OS) Updates
October’s Enerflo Operating System (OS) updates simplify the details that keep residential solar workflows connected. Improvements make webhook integrations easier to configure and troubleshoot, strengthen Google Calendar appointment syncing, streamline Optimus proposal sharing and give admins a faster way to connect adders to pricing models.
Search Webhook Filter Criteria by Typing
Admins can now type to search criteria when configuring webhook subscription filters, making it easier to define when events should fire.

Identify Webhook Delivery Timeouts
Webhook v2 job pages now indicate when delivery fails because the recipient timed out, helping admins identify the cause and troubleshoot failed deliveries.
See Who Created or Updated Webhook Subscriptions
Webhook v2 subscriptions now show who created the subscription and who last updated it. Tracking begins with subscriptions created or updated after this release. Earlier activity displays as “Unknown.”

Longer Destination URLs Supported for Webhooks
Webhook v2 subscriptions now support destination URLs up to 1,024 characters, accommodating longer endpoints used by connected CRMs and other tools.
Smoother Google Calendar Appointment Sync
Enerflo’s Google Calendar integration now better handles appointment reassignments, removals and syncing appointments more than 30 days out, helping teams keep their calendars aligned.

Share Optimus Proposals with More Deal Contacts
Users can now email Optimus solar proposals to any deal contact, including co-signers and trustees. A simpler email editor makes messages easier to customize while keeping the proposal link available.
Clearer Guidance for Correcting Project Coordinates
When invalid project coordinates interfere with proposal loading or financier rate calculations, reps now see clearer messaging explaining where and how to correct them.

Connect Adders to Pricing Models from the Adder Page
Admins can now associate an adder with one or more pricing models directly from the adder page, simplifying pricing setup and maintenance.
